Gordon Ramsay Cookalong Live

Postby Triple S » Wed Dec 16, 2009 12:32 pm

He he - my husband is trying to do this right now. He's a great cook (but not a fast cook) - and this guy's going way too fast  .

The menu:

Angel Hair Pasta with shrimp - he got that one done - it was great!
Steak Diane with potatoes and peas - potatoes aren't done, we missed that step so we'll have to watch the DVR.
Desert is some kind of decadent lady finger thing.

I don't usually eat this much in a week, never mind one meal - but I'm humoring him! At this rate I'll still be eating at 9:00 :)

Almost - both smoke alarms went off - no shit. He's not allowed to drunk-cook anymore (and I didn't like the main course, poor guy)

SSS always had cool Hutch pics and animations. Hutch was cool and earned his place in history. Lambert's got a long way to go and a short road to get there.

Simmons in the av only if its funny, otherwise, a Christmas wench, I mean hottie would be nice.

Actually I have some footage of Hutch's last rehearsal  - working on an av from that but it's hard to watch knowing it was his last day.

Here's part of it - this one is great quality, looks like it was on Australian TV. I have the whole thing but it's not great quality.

Great clip there, funny at the end he says of the song "its too perfect, let's play it again and mess it up a bit".

Great tune, studio cut:
