So what's the criteria for gayest? Gay artist, gay topic, gay fan favorite, all of the above?

Indigos- I actually like them but liked them much more before they were so militant about their sexuality. Great songwriting actually.

RE: Indigos
They're obviously gay. Like I said, before they were so over the top 'we're gonna throw the gay all over you' I loved them. Saw them a bunch of times and they're great players and singers. Totally cool acoustic duo.
But what's the deal with "Okay, we're gay, now we have to make it the central focus of our songs, etc.?"

Guess I'm being narrow minded here.

I own 3. Can't stand Elton John anymore. He's become such a humourless jerk.

What, no Carpenters on that list? God, when their backup vocals came on, I'd get the creeps. Love Karen's voice, but her brother gives me the absolute heebie jeebies.

I've got this on cd. Was tough to find too. Underrated album. Never thought of it as gay but I guess anything Cronin sings might qualify. Power balladeer second only to Perry.

Wheels Are Turning edges it this category though. "Can't Fight This Feeling" is pretty tough to outgay. It's like Air Supply for melodic rockers.

What makes it gay Dean? I mean outside of "Love In The Future" which sounds like the lyrics were written by the poet Al Gore.

George Michael's "Listen Without Prejudice" is one of the top 50 albums of all time, IM not-so-humble O.

It needs to be on this list. I still meet people who said they had "no idea" he was gay. What, the tousled poodle hair and purple spandex didn't give it away?

Incidentally, Dead or Alive's "You Spin Me Round" is a metaphoric tribue to gay sex.

Funny Stockton- FYE is the next album my friends & I are buying. Great songs on there and Carol is picking us up 10 tomorrow. Have you listened to the full versions of the songs on Adam's website or ILike.com? Probably not.
