So long 2009...can't say I'll miss you Happy New Year to all - sure hope 2010 is a good one!!

No party, nothing exciting goin' on for me - just staying home watching Dick Clark's Rockin' Eve with a Miller Lite...really feels like just another day this year more than ever.

A bit longer since thats my way sometimes ...and not nearly as good as those I quoted but I'll throw in a couple of recent thoughts of my own.....

There are signposts all around us to guide us but if we only glance and think but don't really see them or our surroundings then we will continually stumble and fall again and again and become more fearful of what lies ahead.
In all things and ways our goal is to achieve balance to stand straight and strong. With balance comes harmony and tranquility...a peaceful bliss to flow along on the journey without trepidation. ~ Phyllis

Christmas is past but it should always be in season in thought and kept in spirit so I'll post one more thing ...
This is a video of a folk song written about the movie, It's A Wonderful Life.....
He seems vaguely familiar but I'm not sure I've heard the writer and singer before, Michael White....but he really captured the meaning of the story, encapsulated it and sung it well. I think it's beautifully done..
