You can do it by credit card, too, if you don't have Paypal... I just went back to the link and looked. You hit "PAY NOW" on the MR page... Next page you enter the ticket info on top and then on the bottom left where it says "Don't have a paypal account?" you choose "CONTINUE"... it should take you to a CC payment page. From there you can probably use a credit or debit.
