apparently the Jacksonville Jag fans are turning up the heat to Jax owners to draft Tebow in the first round...their message? "Draft Tebow and we will come..." Check it out and buy a shirt before they are gone...mine is already ordered!

iwant him to be a Packer... Please have JAGS management screw this up... Tebow would love being a PACKER!!
the tradition, the winning... I dont know why...either about the Packers drafting him.... Rogers is turning out to be a GREAT QB... but have a feeling Rogers could get hurt in a season or two... and I would rather Have Tebow on my team than have to play against him in the future. JMHO...

Wow, as if there was any reason to disrespect fans of Florida-based pro teams any more than I already did. lol. They think this guy is gonna be the savior of their franchise?
Great kid and great college player, but no way he amounts to anything but mediocrity at best in the NFL.

Just what I said - Florida sports fans are a joke. Look at the attendance of all the teams, even when they're good. It's laughable.

I wouldn't blame Jacksonville if they drafted him. Just do it when you should ... in the 3rd or 4th round (at the earliest). Any higher than that and you're just wasting a pick. The guy doesn't even have proper footwork when he drops back and is an inaccurate passer. Heart, guts and being surrounded by talent will get you by in college, but you need talent in the pros and he has very little NFL type talent.

SJ, he wouldnt be there by the 3rd or 4th round. I hate to tell you that because I know you have your heart set on him failing and being embarassed in the draft but sorry man, it is what it is. Many NFL teams know what he could add to their offenses...and wisely so.

and there a lot of GM's out there who are in the camp of.. do you want him on your team or beating your ass after a few years of training... or if a coach will have paitence with him...as Holmgroom did in GB with Favre... not many coaches would have let Brett be Brett in the beginning...they would have benched him after 20 interceptions during the first year... but they all saw potential in Favre... the same could be true for Tebow... the kid has heart and passion... its what I like about him... I hated the media hype surrounding him... but all he did was win...

Did you NOT watch the Senior Bowl? He can't even take a snap from under center..he can't even do a 7 step drop back and he can't throw it for shit. Come on Gates, we love you but you are myopic. The guy will never see a down as a QB in the NFL. Why Rick would want him in GB is beyond me. And what the Hell would JAX fans want him for? You have to be at least honest in a serious situation, and this is one of them.

Tebow may be ticketed for Canada. He could run that bullshit offense up there like they did a UF.

if he is smart he will learn...

if he cant learn ANY SYSTEM, then he will be cut... just dont give him the BIG MONEY up front...
make him earn it.

It's not about learning a system Rick- Tebow was in a system at Florida that is the furthest thing from a pro system. He can't even take a snap under center without fumbling it. The guy will undoubtedly study his ass off learning the plays, but physically, if he can' take a 5 or 7 step drop by now, he has no chance in the NFL.

sorry dean, gonna disagree with u here. Hes been in an NFL training for the last couple weeks and his NFL former QB mentors say he isnt the same QB anymore, even more dangerous. Now THAT isd scary.

Rose colored glasses Gator...Tebow is going to be another Ryan Leaf, not the next Peyton Manning...a terrific college QB, but terrible in the NFL. I doubt he even goes in the first 2 rounds...
UNLESS he decides to be a TE he will have a short and lackluster NFL career...he certainly is a tremendously talented athelete, just not an NFL caliber QB.

I honestly think Tebow will have a career in the NFL as a quarterback.
BUT.
Never as a starter.
I guarantee a team will draft him as a quarterback. I guarantee that Tebow will show flashes of brilliance but ultimately struggle with NFL-style mechanics. I guarantee he will get shots to play while his starter is hurt but ultimately disappoint. I guarantee he will travel around to a couple different teams before they discover he isn't cut out for quarterbacking and don't sign him anymore.
Then, I guarantee the Bengals will take a risk and sign him after Palmer leaves/retires, and Tebow will lead Cincinnati to a record nine straight Super Bowl victories.

I don't even know what the hell Back Talk is. I've heard it referenced here a few times but other than that, I've never heard of Back Talk beyond Melodicrock. It must be a Steve Perry thing b/c I'm weak in my Steve Perry knowledge. I'm more of a Schon-Cain fan myself.
As for Back
Door, .... hmmm, okay ..... but Synchronized BJ's sounds even better.

TMI????

So do you get a free mullet hat with this?
How about a copy of Lynyrd Skynyrd's Greatest Hits?
Btw, I hope Tebow goes to the NFL and proves everyone wrong.
(although I'm still p!ssed about McFadden not winning the Heisman)
later~
