Did anyone catch over the weekend vh1classic Def Leepard remastered behind the music??? VH! classic are redoing
some of the more popular behind the music episodes... meat loaf is this week...
A journey remastered hopefully is in the works... That would be interesting...

nicely done too... if I may say so, even though I only saw the last 20 minutes... I am sure it will be on
plenty of times in the future.. so will catch the show soon.

Why, so we can hear SP talk about how he is toast and how he never felt like a part of the band, or perhaps we can see JC cry again? I think once through was enough.

the updated version though would cover the last 10 years as well as the first 25... so that in itself would be interesting...

Journey remastered
Go for it, another chance to hear about youtube and being homeless and collecting cans and yada, yada, yada. Nothing about the music, just how far can we market some one's sob story until the well runs dry.

But of course! Then we can hear how excessive touring burned the voice out of yet another singer and how JSS came in to replace him but that the band unceremoniously terminated him because Neal Schon was having an internet afair with another potential lead singer. Yep, we really need another BTM....should be interesting. :D

Journey BTM Remastered could only be changed to include arnie boys story...and if I hear that again I will puke.

Just my two cents here: I love "classic" Journey and love Steve Perry but I have to say- I could barely watch that BTM and I DON'T want to see it again. New material or not. It was bad.

C'mon, doll face, you saw those lips moving.
Do you think someone, those someone's who would engineer lipped concerts would also do a voice over on SP? That's it! Those evil bastards put the 'never felt like a part of the band' words in SP's lips. You have solved it!

it would include the after 2001 period and beyond... RED 13 periods the generations period....the downfall of Steve... well maybe... the rescue in 2006 with JSS, maybe... and the youtube of AP.... plus DSB witht the sox and Perry...and beyond... the walk of fame induction... gosh... a lot has happened if you think about rationally... all the tours... some good some not so good moments... etc... why not update the story... I mean it is still a work in progress... right??

It really all just seems like yesterday even though SP hasn't performed live since I saw him in 1995. 15 years, wow!

I agree. I give Cain a pass on this. He could have had that edited out I am sure. I have never been on him for this...and I don't get the hate Red13, it's genuine emotion. I mean the guy came to know a kid who suddenly passed. How come you don't openly laugh at his cheesiest, emotionless songs?

I'm not "hate"ing on him, I love Cain.

Just found that part to be as laughable as the heat tile bit.

Personally, I don't see this happening with Journey.

1) Perry seemed in control of the BTM and why would he want to see this updated with Journey continuing on without him?

2) With the AP/Journey documentary out there why would Schon/Cain want to take away from potential sales of this whether it's a movie or a dvd? OK, maybe it wouldn't take away from sales by why risk it?

The VH1 board would be spammed with lipsync threads, asking why that topic wasn't covered in the show.

Bullshit. People who have no idea would be shocked. Contrary to what you or Tito may think, it is a big deal. If not, why does Neal and Friga and even that dope Valory deny deny deny and even go as far as referring to us as a "bunch of alcoholics" and people "with drug problems" when asked about it? Dude, if the general population really knew, it would be huge news, considering the name brand, "Journey."

Get with the fucking times, man. People want current, up-to-date stories/controversies. No one's gonna give a fuck that 2 lead singers ago Journey wasn't playing completely live shows.
