As for not supposed to say that kind of language as a VP or a VIP in Gov't for that matter, I am absolutely certain, that in times of catastrophe, and despaired times, like Bush right after 9/11, had he muttered something to the effect, "we'll get those sonofbitches who did this" or maybe was caught off mike saying ""Let's go get these fuckers" I am sure Americans would cheer that.
