Same here. I used to watch it religiously years ago...I just kind of lost interest. [/b]

Just a minute while I consult the national gay directory. Anyone else you'd like to know that about, Steve?

The Simpson family had a good run but my goodness, how much more can you do with these characters? Anytime I do tune in, I seriously cannot tell one episode from the other...rerun, new episode, it's all the same now. As much as I hate to see familiar series ending, it really is time to put The Simpsons to a rest. Then again, what does it matter anyway cause they will live on in eternal syndication. Now it's King of the Hill that I still miss :(

Ever notice when flipping through the channels that you will always seem to find I Luv Lucy, Jeopardy and Married with Children airing somewhere in the world. I have a theory that when the world ends you will still see these 3 shows on the tube

Nor have I. Not one minute of one episode ever. Just like Family Guy. Though I loved Beavis and Butthead.

Heh heh. Yeah yeah. Beavis & Butthead were cool. Yeah. Heh heh, heh heh.

Geez now I'm depressed. I still pull out the Corn Holio impersonation every now and then, but fewer and fewer people seem to recognize it anymore.

But as far as Simpsons goes...after they ran out of character development ideas, it just went to straight slapstick, and a lot of it cheese. I'm pretty sure they'll stay on the air only long enough to break the Flintstones record for longest running animated series (if it hasn't already,) then after that, it should just go away. I haven't bought any DVD box sets past the 8th season.

But you know what I do miss? Futurama! Groenig should've never given up on that show just because of a bad time slot and the BS from Fox. It was nice to get a season's worth of movies, but damnit, I liked it better than The Simpsons during their peak seasons.
