And for the lovers of creation in your soul.........art gives to the world...........never let the creative child in you die.....it is the pool in wich the world and all it's wonders are reflected in.

If I'm fifty-six years old when I kick the bucket and a stinking sock is singing at my funeral, I'm gonna pop out of the coffin and go, "Hey! What the hell is this about? Sammy Davis Jr. gets Frank Sinatra, and I get a stinking sock!? I'm really pissed off now!"

Henson was a creative soul.......little do folks know he did not draw most of his creations. He did rough sketches and hired professional artists. Wish I had been in on the fun......

Trying to get inspired and to gain some courage. I have two pending art events. I was invited to display my work in my hometown's ART and a STROLL. The Gov's wife will be attending, and the local news will be taping.

Also; I am trying for a grant to help fund getting my art out there. Competition is tough. I am just a novice.

I appreciate the kind words many of you have given me. I guess an artist is their own worst critic. I have little faith in my own work as far as what others think. But I do truly love it's creation.

Some of you know I am singing in a reunion of my high school rock band Horizons. My music teacher who started it all has cancer. We are trying to raise money to help her with her medical costs. She is truly a remarkable lady. Please keep her in your thoughts.

I am dressing up like Cyndi Lauper and singing true colors. I can imitate her. If I get it recorded I will put it on here for your amusement. If nothing else, she will get a good laugh, and we all know laughture is the best medicine.
