I was reading over at Cbssportsline that the Bruins scored 3 short-handed goals in 64 seconds today against the Hurricanes. What the fuck was Carolina doing ... wearing gym shoes?!?! I'm not a big hockey nut, but this seems virtually impossible to do.

Son of a bitch. And just yesterday I was marvelling about the Hawks scoring 4 goals in 3:08 the other night. I thought THAT was virtually impossible to do.

You don't even look to score when you're short-handed, so how the fuck did Carolina give up 3 goals? Their coach had to be fucking furious. He should have pulled a Piniella and got into a fight with one of the players after the game. I bet you're unaware that Piniella got into a fight with Rob Dibble, the Reds' closer, back in the day? I dont remember which game it was, but I saw something similar happen in basketball one time too. I think it was the lakers and it may have been Kobe but he shot a 3 pointer, stole the ball back after that, shot another 3 pointer, got the ball again and shot yet another 3 pointer, all inside of something like 45 seconds off the clock.
Shit happens sometimes.

Amazing performance. All three goals were great goals too. Amazing how a team can play SO good with one man short. Kudos to Bruins. Carolina should get moved to AHL !!
