Cinkidd- ABC has been confirming today on radio. I heard it the other day but it also was on radio ,probably WLW. They site lack of evidence. Legally, it can be. I don't disagree with you at all from a social perspective, assuming the parties are telling the truth. But, from a legal perspective, consent can be withdrawn in a manner sufficient to constitute rape at any point before actual penetration occurs. Once you're in, you're in and it can't be rape up to a certain point any more. Of course, proving that first scenario in a rape charge is pretty difficult.

In the end, if you're getting it on with a girl and doing all kinds of shit but she won't let you fuck her, you shouldn't fuck her... morally or legally. Let her polish your knob and make sure she swallows or something.

It was said that they did exchange sexual language all night long and that's what tempted the ignition between her and Roethlisberger.
