it said modern day YOUNG woman dates that many on average. It didn't say slept with. I can think of a lot of people that after a split with a boyfriend
go out on many different dates and didn't sleep with the guys b/c they realized there wasn't an attraction and moved on or maybe they didn't call the girls back. I don't believe this number.
