Last night I discovered the existence of DirectTV's concert series on The 101 Network (channel 101) :D - "The 101 Network is your source for electrifying concerts and live events. Want to keep tabs on your favorite artist, or be in the know about which legendary act is getting ready to take the stage?"

There will be several concerts premiering in May - I'll be tuning in for Toto airing May 8th @ 9pm ET/PT; Queen & Paul Rodgers encoring on May 3rd @ 10pm ET/PT; and Lady Antebellum on May 18th. There's also a Country Memorial Day Concert featuring top artists in country music worth checking out. But I'm passing on Iron Maiden May 3rd @ 9pm ET/PT.

For more details: http://www.directv.com/DTVAPP/global/ar ... d=P5590066

Is this news to many or am I just last to know? 8)

You're a fucking moron. Tell you what, go pop in some pre recorded Journey concerts, like say, I don't know, Arrival Las Vegas. That fuckin thing is 100% non live. You sure like Brucey at the Super Bowl...what he fuck changed?

Has anyone seen the music-themed game show "Rock and a Hard Place"? I tuned in too late to see Toto (damn that Eastern time) but was delighted to have the opportunity to finally catch this show with Meat Loaf as the host :D 8)

Maiden may not be everyone's cup of tea, but they don't suck....they are musical geniuses, even with the patented 'gallup'...lol

Awesome historical songs...and songs from literature.
