Never too early. I used to eat a pint of Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia ice cream for breakfast at work back in the mid-90's. I'd walk out the door to go to work at about 7am with a paper bag containing my large metal spoon and I'd stop off at 7-11 for my morning cup of coffee and the ice cream. This was my breakfast and lunch all rolled up into one back in those days. I'd have my "breakfast" eaten at my desk before start time every morning!
