That's what is amazing about it. A very small drum kit but he seems to get a lot of sound out of it, obvously the double kick drum helped out lots for him. Charlie Watts is also good like that, utilizing to the fullest a very simple drum kit and getting lots out of it. Bottom line: good drummers don't need 10 or more piece drum kits to get the job done.

The drummer's name is Steve Moore. His website it http://www.maddrummerinc.com. Apparently, he is sponsored by a number of high-end drum equipment companies.

Definitely he was just goofing off on that song to get a good laugh out of the audience, which he did.
