If you really have developed an interest in cooking, just start experimenting with some simple recipes - like a chicken tamale casserole or hamburgers with grilled onions. Some people have a natural flare for cooking and some not so much, but I'm sure most anyone can be taught. I've compiled a cookbook of over 300 recipes I've experimented with through the years that are straightforward and delicious, so whenever it gets published you can be my first customer
