Thanks everyone. I'm cooking a kick-ass birthday dinner tonight... Some Flat iron steak simmered in White wine with course sea salt and fresh thyme, topped with a mustard/thyme glaze. Some baked asparagus with olive oil, white wine, and some parmesan cheese, garlic mashes potatoes, some king crab cakes, and some grilled garlic bread. MMMMMM!!!!! It's one of my favorite meals to make!
