Damn,

Just got back from my trip last night and read this on the front page. Talk about some shitty news! DAMMIT! We are going to lose one hell of a singer... AGAIN. So many people have passed away over the last couple of years, and with our favorite bands all getting up there in age, I'm sure we'll be seeing more and more of this. This is just depressing as hell to me.

Awful, indeed ...would love to attend that benefit show!!

I know. Too bad it isn't closer. I hope they can make enough money to help his family. I hate thinking about what they're going through right now. I just hope he doesn't go through too much pain, and that it can happen quickly for him. Cancer victims experience so much pain towards the end, and it's definitely not how I want to go.

Because our generation is getting older. When we were young kids, people in our grandparents generation were saying the same thing about their singers and entertainers from when they were younger. We didn't care cause we had our own generation of music. So right now the younger generation is into Lady Ga Ga and a host of young new talent. It's their own generation now. We're getting old, it happens. It's a cycle man! Get over it and move on....
