I recently got an email notice that I had been awarded part of a class action settlement from Expedia.com because I had booked a hotel with them sometime in the past ten years and was overcharged fees. They gave me a credit for $4.57 on my next booking with them.

I didn't even do anything. I was arrested on an expired Nevada warrant that they forgot to take off the books, that had been remedied years before.

Yep. I paid a ticket but apparently it didn't get posted properly, from like 5 years prior when I was passing through. Because I had moved to a different state since the warrant had been issued, Sacramento considered me a fugitive. I had to spend the weekend in the can til my wife could prove that I had paid the ticket. I got strip searched while in Jail, in front of probably 15 other inmates in the same room.
