Time to crack a laugh at me since some of you have been a source of fun in the caracatures. These are two photos of me working at the coffee shop........or at least Books a M. tonight. I want to say that I appreciate all the support and patience in the caracature thread. I do have to work on my serious drawings as well.

Thank you Andrew for allowing me to do that thread.

As you guys see, I am no raving beauty! LOL! I am just an average mom, teacher type. I will do a caracature of myself to let you know you are not the only folks on the firing line here! LOL.

Again thanks for the support about my health, and helping me learn a new art form I am not really good at, and letting me work on my skills. If I ever get famous, you guys are on my list to thank.

I think we have an incredable group of people here, all very different but a world wide family of sorts. Anyway, use this thread to poke at me for a change. I won't mind, I could use a laugh..............any spelling errors are for Deano to jab me over!

I think the world of you guys, and the caracatures are on the house.

You rock chicklet! You're such a giving soul to take the time to do everybody's pics.

I always like to check out whether a musician, artist, etc. is left handed or not and sure enough.....you are! I heard years ago that left handed people are usually very creative. And noticed a good portion of people in the arts are left handed. :)

Hey what is this? WOW! You are a star, Ginger! Congrats to your achievements!!

Speaking from one insecure person to another, please whatever you do take pride in your accomplishments, my dear. Self deprecation is one thing, I practice it often, but take compliments where you can get them and be proud that you have talents some people do not posses. And make that money, girl! If ever a time comes when you want to branch out capitalize on a book or whatever it is, do it! Life is short!

Again, congrats, this is great news to be sure! :D Lorrie

Oh yes, Ginger and her fish! Well, eating nothing but fish works for you. And if the weight loss is any comfort you do look smaller. :D Yea, I have dull meals myself. I usually only eat chicken and rice or chicken and salad everyday. Probably because I live alone and am too lazy to conjure up meals. Keep up the good work, Ginger!

Oh right the Schons! God, I'm a spaz! I forgot to add the story behind that pix, I will tell it here.

That night was a surprise, I did not expect to see them at the club. I've spoken to Miles before, but I have never before met his father up close, only saw the 1981 The Cow Palace - Loverboy/Journey concert.

Now, of course I understand that some of you have posted you are not fans of Neal for various reasons, so bare with me here. I don't know the man, but I am just like many of you who are amazed when you FINALLY meet noted folks whose work you have enjoyed for years. Of course, I blathered on like a 'tarded banshee when I met Neal. :( As soon as I opened my mouth, "You know Neal I've met your son before, wonderful kid, great musician and your mother, well I met her last year, well I was drunk, but she took a picture with me..." both men stared at me with glazed eyes like, "whuuu..."

Miles as always is a bit stayed until he warms up to you, but what a sweetheart, I cannot stop raving about that boy's manners!!!! Neal was VERY friendly and he smelled real good! And when I asked if it was alright to post the pix online he said, "why the hell not?" Bad-ass, love it. Okay, yes I wore a shirt that displayed my 40 lbs of middle-aged boobage, *snort* tee!  whatever! And YES Miles looks like Neal spat that boy right out! Amazing! Although Miles' mother Beth is a beauty. And when we took the pix Neal's fingers moved around a lot, I could feel them on my waist like he was playing his guitar. Nothing freaky, you understand, but I am thinking he has either nervous energy or he was being playful. I am ticklish, but I needed to keep composure for the pix or else you would have definitely seen my big-ass mouth in a wide open guffaw!

Hope you liked the story. Hey, enjoy your week everyone! Lorrie

Here's the pix that cut off Neal's face when we were laughing about something, forgot what. What a happy gal!

Looks like your having the time of your life. Miles was a beautiful child, he had very blonde hair like his mother, but his hair was straight, I guess it got curly as he grew older, took after Neal. His mother was a very beautiful girl.
