This is true. Although I hate that the band resorted to lipping instead of giving him rest or finding a replacement, I still give Steve props. He gave many of us our first chance to hear Journey live, and he was a hell of a frontman for a long time. He helped put Journey back on the map, and I think he's a great guy. Just a shame the way it went down...
