Yup, according to Billboard.com that is. Another interesting bit of news is that JLO is no longer a contender she was too much of a diva making lots of demands and asking for too much money and they are now talking with Shania Twain.

A few weeks ago Steven Tyler told a reporter, "I'm doing it". A few days ago he backtracked and said they'd failed to negotiate something solid (means he wanted more money).

Just read yesterday that Joe Perry apparently knocked Tyler off the stage into the crowd, and they indicated it looked like it was done on purpose. What do you think?
