Hey everyone,

Just wanted to drop a note to those that are interested, that Cold Heart is no more. Alex and I have agreed to end the project. We've left on good terms, and will remain friends. He is a great guy, and an amazing talent. He just has too many other commitments right now to dedicate the time needed to finish the album.

I'm extremely saddened by this, as we've worked so hard on it. We became great friends over the last 3 years, and it'll be strange not working on this together anymore. I can't tell you how many hours we've spent on Skype chatting, laughing and getting to know each other (as well as our significant others). I certainly wish him the best of success, and I know he'll make himself a name in the industry. He just finished a mini-tour with one of the contestants from "Britain's got talent" and played for crowds with over 20,000 people!

I'm basically at ground zero with the project now, and will start over. I'll still have Fede's amazing drums on the album, but everything else will have to be re-recorded. Out of respect for Alex and all the work that he did, I won't be using the name Cold Heart.

Thanks to everyone who supported us, and maybe you'll hear the songs again someday.

Back to the drawing board. You will do it some day my friend. Maybe for the better. Anyway, never give up a dream. I can still find an old Captain hat if you start to get discouraged. I don't like singing Tennille songs I am afraid. How do you feel about ONJ? LOL! Jim, you have what it takes, dreams take different routes sometimes. Some of my old friends used to have a phrase, "B.I.F." = "butt in front". Now I know exactly what they meant, LOL!

What a shame. Maybe you could have auditions on here for a new singer. We could have our own X-Factor competition.

Jim from what Ive heard you are a great musician, and those songs sounded great. Don't let these set backs kill your dream of producing some great music.

Go for it , and whether it takes ten weeks or ten years I'll still keep a jar of nickels in my dresser drawer set aside to purchase your CD when you get it done (um well... unless I run out of beers , and need to raid the jar )
