That hasn't happened for them since BRIGADE.

A-Men! And the most consistently good.
I saw Air Supply at the height of their fame and Russell Hitchcock's voice was as high and clear as any record they had ever made and the band, with two lead guitars, two keyboard players and an amazing drummer, was hot. I think people would be surprised at just how rockin' an Air Supply show is. They recently had huge success with a new album, a concept album called MUMBO JUMBO, that has two songs that have charted pretty high. Russell's voice has worn out some, but he still manages to sing the hits and the new stuff. The band rocks more and more as they get older.

I did like the title track though...so maybe other songs have potential to "grow" on me upon 2nd or 3rd listen. We'll see

I had it playing in my boom box while I was doing some work in the garage and shed today. I was actually rocking to it and I realized that I like it, but it's not to be compared to their stuff in the mid 80's and 90's. Maybe that's it. It kind of takes me back to the 70's. ????? I dunno. I'm not gonna throw it away.![]()
