Niiiice...

At last, in stereo! (had the boot for awhile). Surprised it took them this long to release...I think this is one of their best albums and has some instantly classic tunes (wait till you hear "Wait a Lifetime")

Do you like Mr. Mister? (Besides the hits?)

Thirded... but then, I don't really know much of the band's past either. It's not a bad song by any means, but nothing I'd rush back to listen to.

Fourthed. I would have to say I echo Matt's sentiments very closely. I only know their hits, and this doesn't really catch me. It does pick up a bit for me around the 2:15 mark, but not significantly. My threshold for approval is whether I would load it into the hard drive in my car stereo. That will not be happening. I will keep it on the PC though.

That makes sense - Surprised they released this track on it's own...I think it's a great track, but this is an album you want to listen to a few times to 'get it'. It's got a heavy progressive layered vibe to it.

How does the album compare to "go on" ? I think it is the best Mr. Mister album, and a shame it was a flop.

That's why I really liked it, because of that progressive vibe. But, definitely, a slow, meandering song.

It is the next logical progression from "go on" I think..they never really went back to capture "Welcome to the Real World" which got them so much attention, and as artists, I think it's their most mature piece of work. You will definitely like it if you liked Go On.
