If you couldn't tell already by my sig i'm a svu fan but i watched the original law and order from time to time as well. I'll probably watch a few episodes of this to see if i like it or not. So will you watch the new law and order spinoff tonight?

I think all these shows suck. Same recycled plots that are 'pulled from today's headlines'. All that's different is the actors. Between all these law-cop shows, and reality TV...is there anything else on the BOOB tube?

The CSI's are the worse. I can understand suspending belief for LOTR of some futuristic movie but the whole premise of CSI flies in the face of reality, concerning what an actual CSI agent does and doesn't do.

survivor and ghost hunters tonight... Jimmy johnson is great TV on Survivor... and well Ghost Hunters is ghost hunters... LOL

and Hawaii 5-0 this week was stellar...

Can't blame ya she's amazing. She was one of the two reasons i watch that show. The other was for ada cabbot but too bad stephanie march left the show again last season

OK, 25 minutes in and I am not a fan!

How is it that ALL L&Os are the same? Every person they interview is going about their daily activities as if the detectives are interrupting them-they follow them around as they work. They all speak with the same "tone" the same "style" I suppose it is, of speaking.

I am watching and doing something else at the same time and I keep thinking I'm watching SVU because one of the detectives sounds EXACTLY like Det. Stabler.

I know. I love these shows, but it's a pet peeve of mine. Whoever is directing L&O shows should be shot. The person they're interviewing always keep walking while they're talking and not looking at the officers, like they couldn't be bothered. It would never happen in real life this way, and they do this all the time for years and years on these shows.

That's the only Law and Order I watch now and then, and pretty much only watch CSI NY too, love the characters, except for that long curly haired actress (can't remember her name, used to be Providence I think), but looks like she is gone now this season and great to see them bring on board one of my fave actress', Sela Ward.
