Anyone seeing this????

I enjoyed the first, but the reality movie gimmick seems played out to me. I'm doubting I could be impressed by any more like it.

I can watch multiple reruns of A Haunting on Discovery for free. Good stuff.

This is the most over-hyped project since the 2010 Dallas Cowboys and Tony Romo. Seriously, today's movie-goers and generation have NO idea of what a TRUE shit your pants, 'throw up in the kitchen sink' scary movie is. ( I threw up my ice scream in my kitchen sink when I was 7 watching 'IT' the Clown from being so scared. But I was a badass and still watched it.)

This was the LAST "horror" film that I was fired up for last year since people were walking out of the movie theater, shaking in fear.

What I got was 2 hours of nothing. Maybe a little noise? Slamming doors? Can't remember, nothing significant happened, it was THAT bad. The ending was shown in the trailer and I left the movie theater vowing to never be hyped for another horror movie in today's Hollywood EVER again.

Save your 8 bucks and wait til it comes out on DVD, or just save a couple hours of your life and never even watch it in the first place. The last SAW is more anticipated than this garbage.

First one blew. And the second was fast-tracked into production just to meet a deadline. Those looking for a good Halloween scare would be better off renting Halloween, The Evil Dead, or any number of old school 80's horror flicks.

Agreed.. I watched it on DVD by myself on a dark winter night on the night before I left for my New Orleans trip. Didn't scare me at all and slept like a baby. Retarded.

I saw pieces of the first one on DVD when a co-worker brought it in to work. Not scary in the least. The long "doing nothing" scenes were boring. Why a sequel?

The only "creepy" part about it was feeling like a voyeur spying on a couple through a lipstick cam hidden in the bedroom wall. Bizarre.

You saw the second one already?? Is it out? Watched the first one with my girl friend, she was complaining it was boring, then about twenty mins in couldn't take her eyes off the screen...I'd seen it before, pretty well done

Second one comes out on friday. This movie scared the crap outta me and i watched it in the daytime I guess some are easier to scare then others.

I think they're up to 9.50 or 10.00 here. I rarely go, and when I do, it's usually on cheap $4 night. Thank god my gf doesn't really care for movie dates - there are just way more fun ways to spend that kind of money in date situations (2 tickets, 2 drinks, popcorn and/or candy, i mean shit... I can think of a million better ways to spend that money, or at least the time)

F-U-C-K that, and I don't even care what the movie is. 11 bucks is just not worth it. It's hard to gain a buck as it is. Like Matt said, thank God my GF is not that big of a movie goer. When we do go, it's all about her anyhow because she likes seeing those sickening chick flicks.. you know.. the one's that have been done over and over and over and over and over and over again with the same plot and ending? Once in awhile when a badass action flick will come out I'll be there opening night but other than that, it's not worth the money, plus the 6 dollar water/pop OR 3 dollar bag of peanut M & M's that normally cost 60 cents at a gas station. That's what I do, I go buy all kinds of cheap candy and stuff it in my GF's purse before we go in haha. Before you know it, 30 dollars is out of your pocket and not knowing what the fuck you just did with your life for 2 whole hours, esp with chick flicks.

Yeah, that's about the only thing that will drag me to the theater : A big time blockbuster action flick that nothing short of the big screen (not even the best Blu Ray home theater system) can do justice to.

Good call, The first one , i just sat there and said WTF is this crap!

A friend of mine saw this earlier today. He thought it was scarier then the first especially the ending. I may see this one this weekend. One more thing he said it felt more like a prequel then a sequel.

Fuckin Blair Witch was shitloads more scarier than this heap of crap....and was done for a 1/8 of the budget. Garbage.

I play hockey with a bunch of goofy fuckin guys who made Skyline. They made it for peanuts, and it is all special effects. Comes out next month. I bet my last percocet it is a blockbuster.

I never even saw the first but thought the previews looked scary, but then again I'm not a fan of scary movies. I guess I'm a baby in this dept because I saw the other night a commercial for this new one and the part where the woman is standing near the baby's crib and suddenly gets dragged away by 'nothing' looked scary to me, lol.

Blair Witch on the other hand wasn't scary to me, and the only part even remotely creepy to me was the very ending.

That's what's great about P.A...once the 'shit' starts to go down, the movie takes a turn from light hearted, yet believable characters, and investment, to HOLY FUCK there's evil in the house...

I hated the first film.

HATED it.

By some divine consequence I'm still here alone in Virginia tonight and decided to go catch the second one...

Holy shit, it was about 100x better than the first one. I mean, it was really fucking scary, dreadful, and shocking.

The first movie should have been the sequel to THIS movie (well, in a roundabout way it is), because PA 2 was reeaaalllly good, and the one they released last year was shitty and ridiculous.

I think the movie really benefited from having a larger cast, with the step daughter, the sister (from the first film), the house keeper, etc. You didn't feel like it was this claustrophobic film about two dumb people. Katie Featherstone is a terrible actress and the weakest part of this movie.
