You're a better fan than me. I have to go all the way back to New Jersey.

It was ok, but nothing I would consider really good.

I like Bon Jovi (though the last few albums since "Crush" have indeed been patchy) and they are a solid live band, but I haven't seen them since the "Bounce" tour.
There are a only a few acts I can justify to pay $100 for a concert ticket at this point.

You didn't consider "Dry County" really good? I thought that and "Fear" were pretty damn good. They rocked like they haven't rocked since.

One act comes to mind that I'd pay double that to see in 2011! LOL, not that they could or would charge that though.

I really hope they tour the U.S. for the new album... The "Back To Budokan" DVD/CD was fantastic.

The country album did it for me. Everything since Crush has sounded exactly the same, they've sold out to the kool-aid drinking crowd.

That's exactly why you see a bunch of dirt bags in the audience and one on stage.

Nothing to do with character. He's an anti-American far left piece of shit, just like the Dixie Chicks, Cindy Sheehan, Mellencamp and REM.

Thank God for Sambora or that band would be nothing. His guitar playing is some of my favorite. Great tone and playing.

YES. Hey God was a great one. I'm not sure what the deal is with Jon, but man, his lyrics have gotten SO cliche... jeez, embarrassing.

"In the past six years, we've had to add to the American picture rendition, illegal wiretapping, voter suppression, no Habeas Corpus to the neglect of our great city of New Orleans and the people, an attack on the Constitution, and a loss of our best men and women in a tragic war."
All bullshit. Nothing was done to the fucking people of New Orleans and the Constitution was never attacked. Voter Suppression is another fallacy. Unless, of course, he's talking about The Black Panthers intimidating people that were there to vote for someone other than Obama. But I seriously doubt that's what he's talking about.
He preys on stupid people, always has. He tries to pitch himself as some kind of "working man," but he goes home at night, pulls into his mansion, sleeps well, and then rails against the very same capitalism that gave him that mansion. In any other country, like Venezuela, where his buddy Sean Penn pals around with Hugo Chavez, he wouldn't have shit. He's anti-American in every sense of the word. He keeps that "racist" torch lit, tells working people they're getting fucked, and then slides their money into his pocket.

He isn't a good lead guitar player, he sings like he's constipated and acts like a blowhard. He insulted Vietnam veterans with his "Born In The USA" song and tried to wrap it in a Red White and Blue album cover with his butt facing the camera. I never bought his phony "working man's hero" image either. Just look at the ticket prices for his current tour. No citation? Please dude. He is a tremendous guitar player, the best songwriter of our time, and the absolute best live show one can see. If you personally haven't witnessed one, then you have zero credibility. By the way, his ticket prices are lower than Journey's!
