I can't figure it out....was he a lesbian woman trapped in a straight man's body????? I'm really,really confused.

I was kinda thinking the ladies that allowed the doc to examine their breasts in a bar,
needed more than their breasts examined. But then I read the comments and a
guy said that many thousands of women get their breasts examined in bars every day,
it's standard procedure! So, back to being confused about the doc!!
