Blair was apologetic and had no real chance against Hitchens at all. The latter has terminal esophageal cancer and still shows up and acts a voice of reason in it all. Great stuff though.

What do you want me to say? Your earlier quote describes your side pretty well: "It's too long. Don't wanna read it. Not interested. I've made up my mind". The pseudo scientific myth that is creationism was laid dead by the scientific community ten years ago, and the list of atrocities that religion has caused, and still does, for women, children and men everywhere is longer than Ron Jeremy's dick.

A person is to believe whatever she/he wants, but there's no doubt that ridding the world of religion, would save millions of people, and would up the support for science, especially gene therapy, nano research and stem cell research, which is the future of medicine.

The main issue is that folks can be moral, and generous without adhering to some 2000+ year old gibberish....Religion was the first fear-mongerer. Christopher is right, religion would have you believe you were born into this world 'broken', and religion is the only thing that can make you 'well' again.

Poppycock!!!

People probably can't be bothered to watch something educational... :? There's always FB, Twitter, and that fucking irritating thing where you are an avatar, and live as a computer image like the SIMS games....go play now.
