I just polished off a two litre bottle of Coke and am pissing like a fuckin sprinkler. It's as if some phantom hand, preferably a female, turned a knob on my penis from stream to spray. Seriously, I have a shower of piss coming out instead of a narrow stream. I pissed all over the toilet.

Can someone tell me what I need to take to correct this problem, besides pissing in the shower?
