DAMN!  I bought a 3D Panasonic tv a week or so ago, and it came with a box set of 2 pairs of glasses and a copy of Avatar 3D. Right now, the only way you can get Avatar 3D is if you buy the combo pack with the Panasonic glasses. That means that everyone that owns a different brand of tv is sol until it comes out later by itself. You can only use Panasonic glasses on a Panasonic tv. Well today, I went and bought another combo pack to get 2 more pair of glasses, and I figured I'd sell the extra copy on ebay. I set the "Buy it now" price at $200, and figured people would just bid on it. I sold it in 12 minutes for the buy it now price!  DAMN people are crazy!!! :D

I was really close to getting the LG 47" 3D TV last week but I'm gonna wait just a bit longer as I see the prices drop down fast ! ( the LG wad $1995 a month ago with 2 pairs of glasses , now it's like $1590 including 4 pairs AND a 3D blu-ray player !

Jimbo , you using your 360 or PS3 to watch Avatar 3D !? ;)

You are wrong on nearly everything you've said here penis breath! I paid $400 for the combo pack, and I watch it on my blu ray player! And for the earlier question... they look freaking AMAZING!!! I saw Avatar in the theater in 3D, and I swear, the picture quality is MUCH better here at the house! :D I bought a 54 inch plasma (I know a lot of people like the LED's, but I like the picture quality better in the plasma's), and I freaking LOVE this thing. I can even surf the web on it. :D

" know a lot of people like the LED's, but I like the picture quality better in the plasma's),"

they like them better in the stores where they look brighter, at home , there is no more realistic
looking picture than plasma! Pionner kuro last made a tv 2 years ago, and there still isnt
a better looking tv to this day, panasonic bought the technology, 3d is ok , but i wish they would get
back to making the best picture possible.......

I have one plasma and two LCDs. While I like the plasma when watching movies , I hate that glare on it when playing games. Next one will be LG 3D LED with truemotion !
