It was one of those moments in life that I will remember forever, when he was pronounced "not guilty". I NEVER thought that would have been the verdict. No fucking way he wasn't guilty. The term "got away with murder" suddenly and jarringly became real.

Everyone knows Orenthal turned Ron and Nicole into Pez Dispensers. It's a shame though, that the State of Nevada had to derail the Juice in his quest to find the real killers...I was told by friends he "was close." :roll:

I remember an interview with Judith Regan where she says the book idea was originally proposed to her as O.J.'s confession. Interesting how after the court decision awarding the Goldman family any of the proceeds, they were able to change the cover and add commentary.

Every time I saw that jackass in interviews cracking wise about the murders like he was swapping war stories with pals, I wanted to puke.

i think he did it and he is guilty.he killed them in a fit of rage and jealousy.i also think in the mid 90's that the jury at that time and place were probably scared to death they'd have another rodney king type riot or revolt on their hands if they came in with a guilty verdict,maybe....but fuhrman or whatever his name was also along with the LAPD completely botched the whole damn thing.alright i've been up on vikodin thirty hours time to get about three hours worth of rest

Yes and there is no other option. I will never forget that trial as I was in 1st grade and home with the chicken pox. I remember every last detail vividly as I was forced to watch it. My mom was obsessed and when the "not guilty" verdict was said, my mom literally fell back on her chair. The court and Justice system failed miserably that day and hurt so many people, esp the one's whose son & daughter got their face chopped up and nearly be-headed by this raging lunatic. What shame.

Anyhow yes I do believe OJ killed both of them, and if he didn't do it himself, he definitely was the mastermind behind the murders. I mean, IF he were so innocent, what kind of FATHER who actually cares about his own kids would not then dedicate the rest of his supposed "innocent" life to finding out WHO DID kill the MOTHER of his children? FOR his children. It's total crap. He's guilty as all get out and as usual our pathetic liberal "justice" system FAILED miserably.

I believe that's a combination of several problems, including (but not limited to):

1) Improper information regarding the case
2) Sense of entitlement regarding laws and social rules and mores
3) Glorification of "outlaws" and bad behavior by pop-culture

We live in a society where too many people see the justice system, from crime to capture to courtroom, as a form of entertainment, and root for criminals like underdogs. The 2nd biggest travesty in the O.J. case was that it gave Kato Kaelin another 15 minutes of fame.

The fact that OJ is currently in jail for something completely unrelated is nothing more than divine intervention. Jail is exactly where he should be and by the rules of karma, I believe he is now paying the price for these murders. :wink:
