They'll have to trim that down if they're opening for Journey this summer.

My thoughts exactly, IMO they have an awesome back catalogue which needs to be utilised a lot more.

Does Cronin's voice still shot? I saw Shitwagon in 2006 and he sounded bad then, can't imagine what it sounds like now.

Here's video from this summer...you tell me.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jFkdqjpsJPo

You can bash REO all you want, but to a 19-year-old fan who didn't get to see them until last year, they are nothing short of stunning in concert.

Nope. None of them. Ok, maybe one. There aren't many concert fanatics in this generation....not to mention classic rock concert fanatics.

I'm a 27 year old fan of some of their old stuff, I just can't their live shows. Cronin's voice sounds like shit and he talks way too much. I didn't pay to hear that stupid 10 minute long story about his trip to the playboy mansion.

Perhaps because I am in a Christmas mood and it is that time of year. Kinda seems strange that they would release a Christmas album last year and ignore it completely two weeks before the holiday.

If Cronin would shut up on occasion...They were EASILY the weakest act on the CRME tour with Journey and Styx...and I saw a TON of shows on the tour...some nights Styx kicked everyones ass...badly...

2011 will be the 30th anniversaries of both the Escape and Hi Infidelity albums going number one. Talk about making Azoff's job as easy as possible. Wouldn't surprise me in the least to see this tour come to fruition.
