Gotta love NAMM weekend! Stryper at the HOB, doing Breaking The Law, then MS brings JSS up for Boston's Peace Of Mind. MS & JSS, two faves on one stage, good stuff! :D

Wow ... Breaking The Law was a train wreck and Peace Of Mind was barely recognizable with the worst harmonies I've ever heard.

LOL, although I can agree to a certain extent on the harmonies. Jeff sounded good, Michael wasn't singing and I don't think it was Oz, but the other guy on the left, he sounded off pitch, kinda wonky, didn't mesh.

Pretty good summation, Deb. Man, am I alone in thinking Breaking The Law would have been perfect for Soto, though? That's a great song for his voice and singing style. The other one, not so much. Fuck Boston.

No, that was hideous. I don't know what is funnier/worse....Stryper sounding terrible as always, or the fact that Stryper sold 4 times more tickets than Neal Schon did for the HOB? Poor Soto. I wish he didn't have to play with these shit bands...Stryper, Fozzy, et al. he won't or can't say it but I will/can. Those bands are shit. Notice the excuses popping up already on Youtube..(someone is deleting the negative posts). One yahoo says, "Gotta remember, it's NAMM, lots of drinking going on." - As if to say, the bans was drinking, so that's why they sound um, shitty. The JSSB is so talented...the fact Stryper enjoyed moderate success and JSS did not is criminal. Stryper would have to open for the JSSB IMO.

I don't get your music tastes Deb. You can't seriously tell me Stryper rocks, can you? I can't wait to get you alone at the HOB and needle your ass about all these bands. I am going to interview you exclusively, as a favour to Andrew...a melodicRock.com exclusive interview with Deb from Calgary, entitled, "Am I High? Why I like these Crappy bands."

Be sure to dress nicely, as it will be filmed too. See ya there, oh, and buy me a ticket for the show. I don't like wasting money. :P

Bite me. You're on your own dude.

Say what you will, MS has a great voice, easily in my top 10. One of their more sappy songs, but the guy's got some killer pipes........... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Zsbyl0uXV0

And duh, what the hell was I thinking, you like Springsteen's voice.........so of course you aren't going to like Sweet's.

Its a fact that both Europe and Bruce , are not only more popular than Mr Big, but also more talented ;) But we do understand your extereme obsession with Short's vocals ;) :) Keep in mind tho without Sheehan/Gilbert, theyd be nothing more than just Mr! :P

 Takes all 4 of them baby! I love Sheehan and Gilbert but without Mr Bigmouth's signature smokey rock vocals wouldn't be the same either. Obviously........as none of the 4 have had quite the same success as they have collectively as MB. I love what they all bring to the table, but I still say I'd like to see EM and PG do more of the MB songwriting.

Now, back on topic............
