According to Foreigner's website, the band is releasing a new 3-disc set, including some new tracks, prior to their tour with Journey. Sounds cool, but I'm not too keen on re-recording Lou's tracks with Kelly. Why bother? From the website:

"Foreigner will release a new 3-disc package prior to the tour that will include new digital studio recordings of the greatest hits, featuring the current line-up of the band – Mick Jones, lead guitar, Kelly Hansen, lead vocals, percussion, Jeff Pilson, bass guitar, Tom Gimbel, guitar, saxophone, flute, Michael Bluestein, keyboards and Mark Schulman, drums – some new songs, a unique live CD and a video of a very special live performance that will be featured in a Public Television national broadcast in the summer."

Good point. Actually, I'll be at the Sunday night show (taping) for the live portion of the release. They are filming two days at the Arcada Theater in St. Charles, IL.
