What is sad about this video is that the kid who was being bullied and fought back was suspended from school. The bully wasn't.

And S2M, the video has been removed.

From what I read, both were suspended, but Casey did get the longer sentence..

A quick search on Yahoo's World News site will give up some articles with the footage.

The bully got 21 days and the victim got 4 days. The little bastard somehow got a dislocated knee out of the deal so I guess four days off for the big kid is fair.

"A little dickhead thinks he's solid until this little tank drops him on his head."

For some reason, I find this description of the events hilarious.

As a victim of bullying myself, that cocky little bastard should have been kicked out of school and the other kid should have been given a medal. He did what I was often too afraid to do.

I like how the girl fronts that tall skinny kid at the end.

I remember a video clip that I saw on the news several years ago that was filmed by someone with a video camera.

Some asshole was walking through a public park and punching everyone that he saw in the face. It didn't matter if they were male or female, young or old, he punched everyone he came across.

All of a sudden, out of nowhere, you see someone run up to him and punch him in the face knocking him on his ass. It was a former Golden Gloves boxer that saw what the bully was doing, and the boxer went over and gave the bully a taste of his own medicine.

They had a segment on this tonight on TMZ. They showed the video, unedited. Harvey Levin was supportive of the kid who body-slammed the bully. Some of the others were saying he took it too far. Harvey pointed out that you are allowed by law to defend yourself with reasonable force when being attacked, as the kid was. Someone said basically that the level of the force the kid used was unreasonable. Harvey said that the kid was young, and it's very difficult for him to judge what a reasonable physical response is, especially in the heat of the moment.

My take is that the little punk got what he deserved and now has to live the rest of his life knowing that he got his ass beat and millions of people saw it. That video will never go away. Hopefully, this sends a message to punks around the world that they are possibly moments away from getting taught a very hard-learned lesson.

What I was mentioning was real, not a skit.

The kid actually showed a lot of restraint after he slammed him. How many people in general would have continued to give the twerp more of a beat down once they had gotten the upper hand?

Agreed. That punk was messed up. Couldn't even walk straight. Probably should have stayed down. He was trying to act like he wasn't hurt and wound up making more of an ass out of himself staggering around like he did. The kid could have given him a lot more after he put him down. That, to me, is a mitigating factor. The kid basically neutralized his threat and stopped. He hit him at first, and the punk kept coming for more, so the kid escalated the force with which he retaliated. If he was in for vengeance, he easily could have caused more serious and permanent damage. He could have killed the punk if he wanted to, and I am using the word literally and not figuratively. I also thought it was funny that the little punk's punches didn't even seem to faze the kid. Generally, 70-pound tough guys don't last long when they have to put up or shut up.

Was it some fruit that said he took it too far? GTFO! It would've never happened had the little shit not fucked with him for, how long was it, THREE years? Who took what too far? That kid neutralized that little punk.

And that's why his mom wants a public apology from the "victim"!

That's characteristic of an honorable fighter. He could have kicked him, sat on him, jumped on him, etc., but he didn't. He just walked away.

Don't know about the original, but ouch!!
If the twerp had stopped after the first couple of
attacks, he may have walked away unscathed.
Perhaps a lesson was learned here, one can hope!!
I don't have boys, but I'm pretty sure If the bigger
child were mine, I'd be proud of him. He held his temper,
made a statement and was done with it ...I like it!!
