Just finished watching Richard Marx sing the Start Spangled Banner at the NASCAR race in Cali. He looked and sounded great! It was nice to see him again. I was a big fan of his music back in the day. Now where is that old Richard Marx cassette tape I used to own?

To me, his last couple of albums are his best. You should check them out.

i saw him in 1991 when i was sixteen years old.i was dating this girl whose father was connected with the ticket office and we had front row seats i think it was mud island ampitheater here in memphis.after the concert i went back to her place and everything was going fantastic until i went to cut an apple and cut the tip of my thumb partially off and had to go get it stitched back up.i bled like a pig all over the place.still have a scar there.

Richard Marx was the first concert I ever attended back when there was still such a thing as festival seating. I wound up seated etween my mom and a minister. When all the girls rushed the stage, his daughter included, who had to sit still in her chair and somehow enjoy the concert amidst a festive conversation about how the music was sending all of us YOUNGINS straight to hell? Thanks MOM!!

Wow... he was the 1st person I ever saw in concert too! I saw his 1st major concert, and thought it was amazing!!! I saw him in Oregon in 1988 (I think that was the year anyways). "Hold Onto The Night" was my favorite...

I'm trying to remember the first band I saw in concert, I think it was the Allman Brothers in 1968. Holy crap That was over 40 years ago.
