Her delivery kinda sucks but her message is good! Women need to learn to put on their big girl panties and take care of themselves-be responsible for their own happiness and don't depend on a man to give them the fairy tale. I always say I'm a very high maintenance woman, but I'm self maintained. :lol:

My perfect man would be someone that COULD take care of me but wouldn't have to-and the only reason I'd want a man that COULD take care of me is because that would show me that he can take care of himself and wouldn't need me to be his mommy.

Perhaps it's a Canadian thing, but I don't have any friends who ever expected not to work and have a man they are only dating pay any of their bills or buy them things when it wasn't Christmas or their birthday. All of them, single and married alike, work and pay their own bills! I met a girl once when I worked in retail who expected her boyfriend to buy her expensive things, but she was about 19, very pretty, and dated much older men. Not sure how that's working for her now.
