Who the fuck is Cats cant fly? Sass Jordan? Jann Arden? Platinum Blonde? Jeffery Doucette? Doug & the slugs? Blue Rodeo? Chiliwack? Amanda Marshall? Apache Indian? Headpins? 54-40? Do these bands even qualify? Hell, I don't even know who the fuck is Prism, but they sound like a band so I'll give you that one.

Here's my list

1.The Eagles-Tampa Stadium 1976. My dad took me & my sister, we were just kids. Last concert my dad ever went to.
2.Kiss-Many times I have seen them, the ticket price on the stub for the first one was 8 bucks in Lakeland
3.Van Halen-Also several times, once with Sammy Hagar as lead vocalist in 1986 at what use to be the Hollywood Sportatorium(what a shithole it was)
4.Loverboy-They were big time then, Mike Reno wasn't a fat ass and I took this hot ass chick that I never have forgotten about!
5.Rolling Stones-At the Tangerine bowl (Now the citrus bowl. Van Halen opened up for them & it's where I did my first "bump" thru a one hitter of cocaine!
6.Steely Dan. Last minute thing, went with my sister cause she paid, other wise, I wouldn't have gone.
7.Bryan Adams-3 times.."Cuts like a knife", a top 5 riff!
8.Cheap Trick-3 times. Robin Zander, the most under rated singer in history!
9.Bob Seger-Twice. Once when he was young & rocking, the other when he had silver fucking hair!
10.David Lee Roth-Steve Vai on guitar, Billy Sheehan on bass, one fucking great concert!
11.Aerosmith/Journey/Bryan Adams-Miami baseball stadium. All 3 for 12 fucking dollars, rode motorcycles on the way down, man were we loaded!
12.Blue Oyster Cult-Nothing like "Godzilla" LIVE!
13.Poison-they opened for Kiss. Man do they suck live!
14.Motley Crue-Same as above, Vince Neil was huffing & staggering his way thru.
15.Pink Floyd-Holloywood Sportatorium also. Can you smell the Ganja?
16.Gordon Lightfoot-Great show in a intimate setting.
17.Paul McCartney-Wow! Awesome show. Went with a Beatles fanatic, glad I went.
18.Billy Joel/Elton John-They were joined onstage by Eric Clapton for 2 tunes, unbelievable!
19.AC/DC-On their Back in Black tour, fucking awesome!
20.Def Leppard-My Favorite band back in the day when Steve Clark ruled the stage. Seen them about 10 times.
21.Rush-Seen them twice, great shows.
22.Rick Springfield-3 times, the most recent a week ago in downtown Orlando WMMO free concert. Man, that motherfucker can PLAY!
23.Collective Soul-Seen them twice, love me some CS.
24.Pat Benatar-She was fucking hot back then.
25.Alice in Chains-This was with their new lead singer, Staley had already bit the dust.
26.Boston-Touring on the first Album and it was unreal.
27.Duran Duran-They were big then and this chick was wanting to go, so I took her and got dessert afterwards! Give me a Hell Yeah!
28.Foreigner-Seen them twice, both times with Lou Gramm, awesome!
29.Fleetwood Mac-Once, but Christy McVie is seriously sexy!
30.Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers-Seen them 2 times.
31.Megadeth/Slayer/Anthrax-Took my son, he's into this shit and it was the closet thing to hell on earth I have ever experienced. I'm just glad I'm still alive & kicking!
32.And last we went to Sunfest down in Palm Beach on 2 different days. Seen some bands I like and He saw some bands he liked: Circa Survive was one of the bands that he liked that we seen, I can't even remember the other ones names. I saw Gregg Allman on friday and Jeff Beck on Sunday!

Next concert I'm seeing is Bryan Adams on the Bare Bones tour down at the Kravis Center in West Palm beach in August.

Music is music. Even if it is not your cup of tea, it may be someone else's. I personally have not been to a lot of concerts as some of you have. I don't have that kind of money. I would have liked to have heard Sass Jordan. I hear she can sing.

Qualify for what? My bad, I didn't realize anything listed here had to live up to your discerniing standards  Maybe if I had prefaced the names with 'fucking' you'd recognize them.

I'm pretty sure I saw Sass Jordan open for Mellenhead quite few years ago. Is that possible?

She also fronted for Steve Perry on the FTLOSM tour.
Music is music. Even if it is not your cup of tea, it may be someone else's. I personally have not been to a lot of concerts as some of you have. I don't have that kind of money. I would have liked to have heard Sass Jordan. I hear she can sing.

Thanks Ginger - yes, she can sing a bit

It was an absolute treat to see her perform live.

Thanks for sharing, she has a gritty voice I cannot ever get. I have too much of a softer tone. But I appreciate ladies who can belt it out.

Seen them a few times. Still blown away every time. How can someone sing that powerful for that long? Amazing.

I can't remember all. But a lot of it matches stuff above. My faves are Journey (with Perry), Melissa Etheridge, Kenny Loggins, Iron Maiden... I realize I may have to sit all night if I list them.

I also have to say - some of the best moments are the friends you see or the car-rides to and from. Especially in the younger years. For 70% of the concerts I've been to, those are the parts I remember.

Regrets - I never saw Queen. I haven't yet seen the Eagles and at their prices - fuck em. I also had tickets to see Ricky Nelson when he died. That would have been a fun show.

Highlights - Talking to Steve Smith after a couple different shows. High-fiving Kenny Loggins after a particular song that affected me deeply and getting to talk to him about it after the show. Watching Steve Perry do his sound check before the first solo show. and there are many more.

Absolute best thing of all my post-1983 shows - seeing my sweet and wonderful friend Lora Beard at the few shows I go to now.
