... Michael Jackson died. And I didn't post this as a tribute to the freaky genius, just as a point of reference about how freakin' fast the past 2 years went by! Damn!!

I was thinking the same thing - 2 years went by so fast.

I remember that day - I was so shocked and felt so sad. I just couldn't believe it.
I wasn't a hardcore fan, but I loved his songs and his passion. I was a kid watching the Jackson 5's cartoons on Saturday mornings! I have their 45's and a couple of his albums. I became so obsessed and was pretty much glued to the tv in the days that followed. Sometimes I think back and I still can't believe he's gone.

I'm so glad I was able to see him in concert in 1997 - I believe it was the only U.S. show in awhile, and there hasn't been any since. Plz correct me if I'm wrong.

WOW

I remember being out at dinner with my Company.....I was driving home; I kept changing the stations with my pre-sets, because I heard MJ song after MJ song....I knew his birthday wasn't until the end of August, so I was like, "WTF???" :?

Then, when I pulled into the driveway, the DJ announced the time and said "Call in right now with your memories of Michael Jackson...."

I was like
