NO thanks. Some people with pets. No thanks again. One with a BOA CONSTRICTOR.. EEEKKKKK!!This last one is a lady. Love cats. Is quiet. A non smoker. A non druggie. The only caveat is, based on her facebook she is at least 60 something. Maybe 70 something. She is a retired nurse on disability. I guess my question is, is age alone a no no? Particularly one that is much older? I worry that if my situation changes and I need her gone that it will be harder to get her gone. Most younger people are transient so its kind of expected that they move on eventually. I also realize that one day, much sooner that I'd like I';m afraid, I will be that age needing a place to stay....

I love older people, but I'd warn you not to do it. She could have grown kids or grandkids that will come and park it over at your place.
She might be really old fashioned and frown on things you do or expect you to do for her since she is older. I think she'd be better off living somewhere that they have fun things for her to do for people her age.
