Assassin's Creed Brotherhood

Has anybody played this yet. I ask because iI just finished it. But I missed a whole bunch of stuff because at some point in the game: Sequence 8, missions just run one after another. And you are unable to roam free...AND, one of the Romulus keys is in the Vatican..but once you finish the Vatican mission you are unable to return....anyway, my question is...once you finish the game, is there a Game+ option? I'm one of those gamers that likes to get 100%....
