It was Bruce Watson, but not the Bruce Watson from Big Country. This Bruce Watson has played with Michael Bluestein and Mark Schulman outside of Foreigner.

Actually Joel from Night Ranger had been filling in before Bruce Watson. Mick has been out since the Virginia Beach show in August.
