Do they still have the watch towers out there on the beach?
My Dad's parents lived in Lewes. We would visit them on the way back from Wildwood, New Jersey by taking the ferry over from Cape May.

Not sure. Our hotel was in Ocean City, MD. Delaware is building a new suspension bridge on on Route 1 though just south of Dewey Beach.

When I saw the thread title, I thought you were talking about Van Halen's song. One of their best IMO! A lot of fun to play on the keys too. Carry on...

I was on my death bed with double bronchial pneumonia at the age of 15 when this song was a hit...I'll never forget that summer...Great fucking song!
