I think so.... Because I had a family commitment on Sunday I had been planning not to go. However, with the new lineup (WET and Newman) I am trying to rejig things so I can get there on the Saturday, even if that means I have to drive all the way home Saturday evening.

I would say Rascal Flatts would be the slam dunk pick. Everyone likes them, they're a top 5 band in the world regards to popularity, and frankly are one helluva a talented threesome.

As for Madonna? hell yes I would sign her in a heartbeat. She is the all time greatest female artist, reinvents herself constantly, and is obviously is mega talented. She is deserving to be sure.

You unfortunately remember that "performance?" They literally shit the bed, specifically Pineda. He was so unprofessional that day. Flying in the morning of, voice all fucked up from previous gigs in the week. LOL, that was the day Bruce played halftime and he ended up being a fantastic show, some say the best ever. I remember Pineda fans on the web, saying how Arny should have been the halftime act and Bruce couldn't carry his jock. Total morons. Say what you will about Springsteen's chords, but he mops the floor with Pineda as a showman, entertainer, front man...it isn't even close. Anyway, you hit the nail on the head. ESPN panned into DSB as they were going to break, and Pineda's eyes were rolling back in his dome. Lula and I were freaked out. I can remember saying that it was embarrassing to be a Journey fan that day. Set the band back big time.
