All thought of a past and a future happen in the Present. Birth is a past event in thought and death is a future event in thought appearing Now.

There is only living in the present!

Life IS now.

Enjoyment and appreciation are temporary states that come and go and is not a failing, while the present moment is always unconditionally here.
