When is the madness ever going to stop? Seriously I have members of my extended family making plans to basically head out shopping as soon as Thanksgiving dinner is completed. What's the point lets start celebrating national shopping day instead.

Absolute bullshit!!! The commercialization of our sacred holidays makes me wanna puke, and I'm not even full from Mom's turkey dinner yet. 2 days out of the year, Thanksgiving and Christmas and we get no peace.

No kidding, why even bother with the turkey dinner, just grab something at the food court at the mall. Stop the insanity :!: :x

I seriously don't understand the thrill of getting stuck in traffic for 9 hours then actually worry about getting stampeded against and have bows in your face for a product that is 20% off. When it comes to money, people are so incredibly misguided and that's all what Black Friday is. Total nutbags who want to save a buck but want to risk other people's lives of violence over the perfect bargain. It's comical watching those people sprint for buggies. You'd think the world was ending and only the first 50 people inside the building with a cart would live. It's no longer Thanksgiving. It's what follows at midnight.

I've never gone "shopping" (unless I needed a bag of chips) on Black Friday, and I never will. Fuck that shit. Let those fools stand in the cold at 2AM for 25% off on a Smartphone. Give me a fucking break!!!!

^This. I actually shop. IN MY MIND at the beginning of the year. Whatever gift I want to get somebody, it will be solved within the year. After that, I'm literally in and out in the matter of 5 minutes come the holidays because I actually know what to get and where to go to get it, unlike people like my girlfriend who will spend literally 3 hours debating on what is better, the red or green towel her Grandmother would like. Seriously, do all women do that shit? I always play the Lloyd Christmas role when he's at the bar with his cowboy hat if it goes beyond a certain point: "NooOOoo and I don't CaaRRreEEE!"

I do ALL my shopping over the net. Most site's offer free shipping and most will wrap the gift for a small fee, and it get's shipped straight to your fucking door! Now, isn't that what Christmas is all about, the art of giving!
