I'm not one that really minds my favorite classic rock acts performing at smaller venues like small arenas, bars, fairs, casinos, etc., but this is a little beyond the pale for me. This is sort of Spinal Tap-ish. :lol:

Foreigner did The NBC Ice skating thing last year, is this the same thing?

I remember seeing the Goo Goo Dolls on the NBC thing and thinking "Wow, the record companies have really lost it".
I felt really sorry for them and you could tell they were a bit uncomfortable.

I dunno, Styx is selling jewelry these days instead of creating new music, so I guess that can go with ice skating.
It's tough to see a band that I LOVE making such strange choices.

Having said that, I dare any of you to tell me this does not look like Tommy Shaw circa 1981:
