If you remember their last tour, Bob Marley's son Ky-Mani and later R&B performer Ryan Shaw opened for the band so when you think about it, Kool and the Gang getting the slot this time around isn't quite so surprising all things considered.

So...for most likely $100+, you get the same setlist as in 07/08 plus 2-3 songs from the new album.


They sure are missing MA's background vocals on the 1st single, Tattoo.

I remember Roth-era VH being called "the best party band on the planet." Kool and the Gang might be a better pairing than you think.

Worst pairing ever. Do they think there is crossover in the fan bases???

I know of several VH fans that will skip the tour based on this.
